How does Neika’s Artistic Photography Work?

        Neika Miller genuinely cares about getting to know her clients in order to ensure that each wedding runs seamlessly and is stress free for the happy couple.  Initial meetings are completely free.  An in-person consultation will allow you to view sample albums, discuss your wedding day needs, and ask any questions you may have.
.......Should you choose to hire Neika Miller to photograph your wedding, a second consultation will occur roughly a month before the wedding date. At this meeting you will have the opportunity to share any additional information or changes, as well as verify your wedding day schedule to ensure that the photography is both swift and unobtrusive.
.......Your photographs will be edited and converted to digital negatives within two weeks of your wedding day, at which time Neika will contact you and schedule a meeting to pick up your copies of the digital proofs and also discuss print orders and album options.  All prints are made in a professional lab using only the highest quality acid-free, archival paper to ensure that the colors will not fade.

   
                   
 

What are my payment options?

......Cash and personal checks are acceptable methods of payment. There is a $300 deposit required to book your date (The deposit counts toward your selected package price). The remaining balance of your package is due at the meeting which will occur approximately one month prior to the wedding.

Can I get the digital files of my wedding photos?

.......Absolutely! Along with the digital files you also receive full reproduction rights, allowing you to print pictures yourself or have them printed elsewhere. This is especially useful when showing off your wedding album, as you will have the ability to share the digital negatives or print extra copies for your friends and family.

  
 

What custom options do I have for my prints?

        At Neika’s Artistic Photography you have an incredible range of services at your disposal. While all color photographs can be printed in black and white upon request, Neika looks for those photos that work best in black and white and automatically includes black and white copies of those photos on your digital negatives. Prints can also be cropped, retouched, or even have special effects added. One of the most populareffects for weddings is selective colorization—consisting of a black and white photo featuring a specific object, such as a bouquet, rendered in color. All retouching is done to a copy of the original photograph so you will have access to both the digitally enhanced and untouched originals. Neika Miller will gladly work with you to create a style for your photos that reflects your true personality and sense of style.
